By using the RevSign application (“Application”) and related services, including the RevSign platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application or the Service.
Description of Services and Contracting Methods
RevSign offers access to its Airtable Application and a range of support services. The following services are provided by a consultant or expert(s) designated by RevSign, aimed at developing results related to the optimization of the client’s platform.
Strategic Consulting and Support Services (Hourly Packages):
Scope: Provides remote access to an expert for strategic and technical support related to the Service.
Included Hours: Includes up to five (5) hours of remote access per month (or according to the contracted package). Total hours include conversations, email support, preparation work, and other activities.
Validity and Expiration: Purchased consulting hours are valid for 60 calendar days from the date of purchase. Unused hours within this period expire automatically and are not cumulative, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
Initial Implementation Training (Project):
Scope: Consists of access to a RevSign consultant to assist in migration, initial configuration, and the development of results during the platform implementation.
Hours: This service consists of up to ten (10) service hours (or the package defined in the proposal), distributed throughout the duration of the billing period (quarterly or annual) of the implementation project.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Disclaimer: All materials in the Application and the Service are provided “as is.” RevSign makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials.
Limitation of Liability: RevSign shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application or the Service.
Final Provisions
Privacy: The collection and use of your personal data are governed by the RevSign Privacy Policy, available at https://www.revsign.com.ar/privacy-policy
Modifications and Termination: RevSign may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. RevSign may also suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, subject to the termination conditions of each service plan.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina and the United States (USA). If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
